21. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. Once the goods have been delivered we no longer have any responsibility for any loss or damage of the goods. The ordered goods are not returnable.

LIABILITY

23. If you do not receive the purchased goods within 20 days of the date on which you have ordered them, you must notify us in writing at our contact address within 40 days of the date on which you have ordered the goods.
24. If a product is out of stock in one of our location , we will switch it by the equivalant from another brand or ship it from another shipping location without notice .
25. If the delivered goods are not what you have ordered, prior to the point of delivery, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, and provided that you have notified us accordingly within 14 days of delivery, our only obligation, at your option, will be: to make good any shortage that are caused by our mistake.
